Since the market was hot in our area, Susan suggested that we test a higher price point than what we expected.   As soon as a “better” comp came on the market she recommended that we immediately adjust the price.  Not only did our home sell first but we had multiple offers to choose from.  At the end of the day we netted $5,000 more that the comp with the two car garage.

We also purchased a home with Susan and were very happy.  She was able to negotiate a good price, got our closing costs covered and got us a new roof too!
